West Midlands Police has charged three men with conspiring to kill a man who was shot dead in a drive-by shooting in Birmingham.
Victim Dante Mullings was one of three men in a car parked in St Vincent Road West, Ladywood, on 7 May when a vehicle pulled up alongside and shots fired.
The 23-year-old suffered a fatal gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene while two other men were also injured.
West Midlands Police detectives yesterday (17 July) arrested four people in connection with the man’s death – and three have now been charged with conspiracy to commit murder.
Ihsann Bernard, aged 20 from Anerley Road in Kingstanding, and 23-year-old Omarni Warren Bernard-Sewell, of no fixed address, appeared at Birmingham Magistrates Court this morning and were remanded into prison.
Dior Jackson, aged 20 from Wadington Avenue in Great Barr, is set to appear before Birmingham Magistrates Court tomorrow morning (19 July).
A 26-year-old man from Lozells has been bailed pending further enquiries.
